We also include free gifts with every order. This may be extra cuttings, a tiny plant, a cute pot, stickers, seeds, plant markers, pot stickers, a trinket or who knows what we might come up with... it changes all the time :) We take great pride and care in the products that we send out. They are all packed with love and we try to provide a beautiful presentation with the packaging (who doesn't like pretty things!?!), so they make a great gift as well. If you'd like a small gift card added for free, please let us know in the notes at checkout and what you would like it to say. ▪️ The plants you receive will vary in cutting type and size depending on the variety of plant and what is available. When a cutting is referred to in this listing it means it may be a single leaf (for varieties that can be propagated this way), a node and a leaf, a top cutting, a branch, it may have roots but is usually unrooted. These cuttings are great for water propagation. ▪️ Each cutting will be labeled so you know exactly what the cutting/plant is. The cuttings will be wrapped in a damp paper towel or packaged with a small amount of sphagnum moss to keep them moist during shipping. Then they are wrapped in either saran wrap or a small baggie to hold the moisture in. ▪️ If you're unsure of what a cutting or node is or how to propagate, I encourage you to research (google, youtube) before purchasing. We do include a basic guide in your first box to help you get started the day they arrive. If you have any questions or need help, you can always reach out to us. ▪️ We really try our best to make sure our customers are always happy, this is extremely important to us and the livelihood of our shop. Plants are living things and some browning, leaf drop or drooping, wilting, creasing or yellowing is normal from being cut, the weather and the stress of shipping. During cold winter months we include a heat pack during shipping if the temperatures will be below 50 degrees overnight. ▪️ Live arrival guarantee: We guarantee that your plant babies will arrive alive! If you plant cuttings arrive dead, completely dried out or are mush, please immediately take a picture of the cuttings and the packaging and send them to us.
